I have practiced for over 30 years. I first came to yoga via a TV show in the 70's called Yoga for Health by Richard Hittleman. Anyone remember that?
I have completed by Yoga Studies program at UCI and completed over 700 hours with Shiva Rea. I have also studied with Manju Jois, Darren Rhodes, Paul Grilley and Brian Kest to name a few.
The styles I have studied are a variety including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Hatha and I to incorporate these into our practice.
